When you write to us, the information you send is used only to answer your request (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and audience measurement

Only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure website traffic and improve the site: pages viewed, traffic sources. The cookies involved (_ga, _ga_*) are kept for a maximum of 13 months. No data is used for advertising purposes. Data may be transferred to the United States (Google LLC) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set. Your choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time: manage cookies.

The website also stores your language choice and your cookie choice in your browser. This information is necessary for the website to work and is not shared.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the Lagarde Autoclaves sales team. It is also processed on our behalf by our service providers: OVH SAS (website hosting and email delivery, in France) and Google (audience measurement, only with your consent). Your data is never sold.

Retention period

Email exchanges are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Audience measurement cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months, and your cookie choice for 6 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to dpo@lagarde-autoclaves.com. We will reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.

Security

The website is only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Data is stored on a server with restricted access, and links sent by email are protected by a unique code.
