          Our History

On 1 September 2018, Our President and CEO established EASi Solutions, Inc. in the great state of Alabama. From the outset, EASi Solutions was committed to providing superior service to our country and the men and women defending our freedoms. Our success requires us to remain committed to our Corporate Objectives and the ability to be flexible, adaptive, and innovative.   Mr. Roberts held various positions as a Military Human Resources Officer, Program Manager, and a Senior Civilian Human Resources Analyst.

EASi Solutions provides consultation services to small- and medium-sized companies. Our services include Human Capital Management (HCM), Logistics Management Services (LMS) and Program Management (PM) to include office management and business process reengineering to improve efficiency and reduce administrative costs.

          Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide insightful solutions that drive value and success for our clients. We are committed to delivering quality service, ensuring equitable employment practices, offering professional development and fostering a work environment that attracts and inspires excellence

          Company Advantages

Because EASi Solutions provides services, as opposed to a product, our advantages are only as strong as our consultants. Aside from ensuring our team is flexible, fast,  can provide expert advice and can work on short deadlines, we will take the following steps to support consulting services:

          • Maintain PMP-certified program/project managers
          • Ensure accountability of  team members and use our proprietary planning and reporting process to stay in touch with customers and keep them updated on projects
          • Provide public speaking training for all consultants
          • Develop close relationships with subcontractors who can support us in areas such as graphic design, to ensure materials and presentations are always clear and maintain a consistent brand
          • We are a virtual company without a lot of overhead costs or strict corporate rules, which saves time, money and creates a flexible workplace for getting things done
          • Redefines priorities for contracting preferences within the VA, placing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) first and second, respectively, in satisfying the VA’s acquisition requirements.
          • Allows sole source contracts over the Simplified Acquisition Threshold up to $5,000,000 (including options)
          • Implements restricted competition via Set-Aside Procedures for each category of SDVOSBs and VOSBs.
          • Allows additional credit evaluation factors for SDVOSB or VOSB status.
          • Authorizes large VA prime contractors to obtain subcontracting credit for SDVOSBs and VOSBs only when they subcontract with verified firms in VIP.

The Annual Black Tie Charity Ball fundraising event provides financial support to selected Tennessee Valley nonprofit organizations that provide assistance to all Veterans and serving Soldiers and Civilians - active duty, retirees and their families. This formal event is dedicated to enriching the quality of life of our Soldiers, Veterans, and Families. To date the BTCB has raised over $70,000 for local Veteran Organizations in the Tennessee Valley.

Each year, in November, SFCTF is honored to be the host for Heroes Week. Thirty (30) Wounded Warriors representing all service branches from all over the United States are invited, along with their spouses and caregivers, for a week of relaxation and recognition. Often, these warriors and their families do not receive the welcome home that so many of our military are given after returning home.
